Sir/Madam This is in reference to the payment done from icici bank website for the prepaid reliance cdma mobile recharge on 12 oct 2009 at 12 pm of rs 111 , but till now neither the recharge is done nor i received any message .. Reliance CDMA Prepaid — top up value not done
10.03.10I gone for topup for my relaince moblie [protected].I asked for full talk time value and it was told that for rs55 it is 55 and for rs77 it is 77. I paid RS 77 FOR TOPUP and it turnedout to be their rate cutter charges. When I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE through my mobile they informed that they can not do anything in this regard as once given is given. They can not change it.I t is new way of looting the money from millions of customers.
can i get the value for my rupees given to Reliance
