[Resolved] Reliance CDMA Prepaid — Very Bad Service - Customer care is useless | |||
Hi i just switch to reliance GSM to CDMA through MNP firstly they have switched off my service for 4 day instant of 2 hours secondly after activating my number i was not able to recharge my mobile for 6 days third now i have recharged it but they are cutting 99 paisa per call ins ted off 1 paisa when ever i call to customer care they said we don't know what is the problem please call after 1 or 2 hour i'm fed up with this please help me out My no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance Prepaid — Bad Service
I have a plan of Rs.599 p.m.In this package relaince providing unlimited free calls to relaince cdma and 30minutes free calls to any other network all over india.After two days of my recharge, I am not able to make any calls as well as no incoming.I am getting a message of "your calls are suspented due to insufficient balance".But Iam having Rs.15 also(no need of balance in my plan).I contacted customer care and they asked me to wait for two days.In fact I am not able to use my mobile for two days.How can be encouraged this type of services?
