Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mobile — Providing services without consent and deduction of charges. Non issue of cash receipt for change of plan.

1. Despite of several complaint to service executives on tele. Service like Mobile FM Radio licence activation and Lovetips provided by Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mobile Service. Charges of Rs 30/- deducted from time to time. No proper refund given. The complaint on internet is also not being accepted despite filling the form for 4 to 5 times.

2. For change of existing plan Rs 550/- paid at service outlet of Reliance. No proper cash receipt reflecting old plan name and revision to new plan name given. Complaint for same given at the same
time. Reply received that SMS to the effect is being given. SMS is not a documentary record for a
consumer for reference, moreover the SMS received does specifically clarifies that the Reliance has received an amount of Rs 550/-, it says that the amount payable is Rs 550/-. A proper receipt should be issued for the transaction.

Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mobile — Illegal Bills

Dear Sir,

I am using reliance cdma mobile.They had activated cricket pack on my mobile, its by mistake.But when i had request for stop that service on my mobile then they daily tell that within 24 hours your service will be stopped.Even one of cutomer care exec. Namely "Rais" talks rubish to me.Also today when i complained about it again then Mr." Sunny "ho is senior floor suoervisor who is from Punjab again talk rubbish and told that do whatever but your service will not be stopped.

Sir i want to take necessary action against the company.

please help us.
i was STV recharge Rs 49 for down call rates and free night calling to reliance gsm/cdma but yesterday i was cal reliance gsm prepaid but my main balance was less on phone and my cell no is[protected]

Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mobile — Activation of Service without information

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Reliance CDMA phone from last 2 years. My number is [protected].

On 24th Feb 2010 I observed that my mobile balance of Rs. 30 to Rs. 40 is deducted from my account. So I called customer care. They told me that at 1.20 a.m.(night) some Antakshari pack is activated for my mobile. I have neither called or messaged nor received any call or SMS regarding Antakshari Pack.

I called customer care (*333) several times, but they told me that they cannot deposit the balance. And offer me to unsucribe the pack so that balance will not get deducted from next month. They were talking like they don't have any relation with RCOM.

They given me the complaint number[protected]. But when I call they have same answer that the balance cannot be deposited in account. And they talk very rudely.

I also emailed complaint to Nodal officer(Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com), but no reply from them.

So Kindly look in this matter as already I got frustrated and wasted so much of time.

Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mobile — Not just one complaint.. many more

I know I am not the first and neither will be the last to lodge a complaint. I feel sorry to say that Reliance fails to come up to the expectations of their customers. Reliance Customer Service is third class or worse than that. I dont know what the representatives working their including their seniors are getting paid for. May be for activating the service which I never asked for and charging me for it without my consent. I have a reliance CDMA prepaid mobile number. My balance is deducted. I haven't calculated yet how much it comes to as I hardly get leisure time which I no more wish to waste by talking to the reps working in the call center.

Radhika Sharma to start with ... the so called senior including Atif Khan and reps like Durgesh, Rahul, Salam, Salman Sayyed, Gaushal Siddi, Rajendra, Raja, Amit, Sachin Supaar all where of no use. Many of them put my call on hold, then on mute and finally disconnected the call when they were unable to resolve my queries and credit the balance for activating reliance Health Pack and also charging me for the caller tunes when I never sent any SMS to activate it. Reliance seems to have a very bad and pathetic history. My complaint numbers are[protected],[protected] n few more I guess. Not only me is facing this drastic problem with Reliance .. many of my friends too. And there's not just one problem that I have with Reliance... I also face network issues, caller tunes as said earlier, activation of services saying its free of cost and then charging for the service activated, call center reps disconnecting my call. If no one can solve my problem and if thats not their cup of tea then they better stay at home instead of wasting their time and mine as well. Or do they want to earn easy money...by doing time pass with the customers and saying the same lines ... Kya sahaayattaa kar sakte hai ...maafi chahte hai ... hum samajh sakte hai .. par ye service activate karne ki request aapne daali thi .. iss wajah se aapka balance credit nahi ho sakta hai... and then again maafi chahte hai. Same sympathy lines which are taught in the training. No proper intonation as well. It sounds as if those lines are recorded and they are just playing the recorded tape always.

I was given the address and number of some head officer named Tilak Chatterjee from Mumbai office... Bandra. R.C. Ltd., 7th floor, Fortune 2000 C3, B.C. Complex, Bandra(E), Mumbai 400 051. Number[protected]. But I never had time to visit that office or call up on that number. If Reliance does not address my query and also other reliance customer's query this time... all who are associated with Reliance will surely have to pay for it .. a big time. I am not trying to blackmail anyone .. just that I want to let them know or warn them that its high time they should stop trying my patience. BEWARE!!

Reliance CDMA — cannot provide services

Dear sir,
I m using ReliAnce CDMA mobile service last four year. and i m using caller tune service still last two or more years. But now i want to change my tunes i want to set some other tune and want to delete some else and all caller tune regarding information are stored in Library. my problem is that when i sending message for getting information about caller tunes from company replier i do not get proper message and in regarding that problem i already contect to customer care officer and other member at least four or five times but as usual i got same reply like "try after some time" bt after fifteen days i can not get my solution. so sir please i request you that you take action regarding that matter. because my Rs. are deducts regularly and they also nt give it back. so sir please resolve my problem.
