Dear Sir,
I am the user of Reliance CDMA Mobile Services since last 3 years. As per above I am stated that as on[protected] I have Main account balance of Rs. 325.31 in my prepaid mobile number and I am also check my balance on Dt.[protected] by dailing *225 and I have also received confirmation message with showing main account balance of Rs. 325.31 Paise.
On[protected] when I want to make a call then I listen that I have not enough balance to make a call please recharge your prepaid mobile then I am check my balance again then I found that in my main account balance is show only Rs. 0.25 Paise. I am not understood how my main balance of Rs. 325.06 Paise had been clear from my mobile.
This is for your kind information that in mobile not active any pack.
So I request you to please check your system. How my main account balance is not shown in my prepaid mobile is there any fault in your computer system please clarify and refund of my main balance of Rs. 325.06 Paise which is not shown in my mobile.
If you are agree that my main account balance is not shown by fault of your computer system then Refund my main account balance early.
If you think that my balance is rightly deducted then please send me my call list showing main account balance from[protected] to[protected]. In my email ID as given above.
Let me know any further step taken from my side.
