Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mobile — money charged but my mobile number not charged

I had recharged (top-up) my prepaid reliance mobile no. [protected] for Rs. 200/- on dated 23/09/2009 05:00:24 PM using the ONLINE recharge option available on the official website of Reliance Communications. i also made a written complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com The payment was routed through HDFC Bank account.
However, my number was not recharged following which I had complained about it at the Reliance Web World, The executive’s response was surprisingly that Reliance Mobile does not provides ONLINE recharge facility to which I argued as the link for same is available on their official website. However, as a cross verification action, I took up the matter with the HDFC Bank to which their response is that they have verified the success of transaction with my mobile service provider & they have confirmed about the successful recharge.
On my continuos persistence for reimbursing the said amount on account o[censored]nsuccessful recharge, i was sent the excel sheet containing the details of my topup. However, my argument to this is as mine is a Life Time Prepaid Card, i don't need any another monthly recharges, hence only my talk-time should have been topped up. Besides this, their is no mention about this anywhere on the website. Since this is a matter occured way back (3-4 years back)
Hence it is my humble request to you to please look into the matter & try and resolve the matter

cdma prepaid mobile — No Talk time for recharged amount

Dear Sir,


I having mobile no. [protected] and Reliance Prepaid Card user have Not got the Talk time amount though I have recharged with Lifetime Prepaid Card before .

According to terms and I was to get all the Talk time ; however the Conversation with your Representative Executive he told that the recharged amount of Rs 299/- recharged by me on 4th March, 2009 and for Rs 200 on 27th feburary, 2009, is a only for 30 days Validity.


I have loss my Rs 500 and Decided to stop using your Companies Mobile .

So, I request see into the matter as soon as possible nor I am no more your prepaid user.

I will be Obliged i[censored] give the Talk time and will have faith on Your Bussiness.
