Reliance CDMA — Regarding termination of my number without informing me | |||
I was using a postpaid number ([protected]) since 2008. Reliance has terminated my number when i stopped using it just for 2-3 months and they are now not activating it again. They did not inform me also about termination of my number. But i had only that number which connects me to my business mates, friends. But now i am unable to do anything. Please go through my matter and please try to resolve it as soon as possible. Reliance CDMA — subscription of services without informing me
My mobile number is [protected]since last three months, company is deducting my talk value continuously on behalf of "premium services". Austrology & Mantra packs have been activated on my number without informing me. When I called to customer care they told me about the deduction and how these services have been activated. He told me that, I have received a call from relience for activating these services but I didn't get any call from reliance. And I want to inform you that DND service is activated on my number so then can't call me. I want my talkvalue back.
