Reliance CDMA — complaint to mobile provider

sir this is my reliance cdma no. [protected] , i am change my mobile service provider in port. i go to smart to reliance cdma in last two month ago,
but last 15 day my mobile is totley dad. reliance cdma customer c'not lesan my complaint. i am complaint nodal officer {ms.shweat rai] in bhopal but she can't help me, then i complant appellate authority {mr. virender bhandari } but no action for my complaint. sir this is my very old number to contact to people.
sir plz help me and take action to my complaint.
