I AM USING reliance mobilei have problem with automatically activtating the packs and balance cutting no:[protected]

i am really facing a problem with my reliance number [protected].every moth some packs get autimaticaly activated on my number.if i call them for the deactivation it takes more than 1 week and no one talks politely nd listen to the complaints.now on my mobile some cricket pack is activated .for its deactivation i am calling reliance customer care but no one deactivates it...
sir please see to my complain and deactivate the pack...

Reliance CDMA Service — Cutting my mobile balance without any reason

I am using Reliance mobile prepaid CDMA service in Kendrapara, Orissa.It has so happened within 6 months the company has cut my mobile balance money for more than 20 times for no reason.The amount of money depends upon my recharge balance.Intinitially I was not able to recognize this cutting.When asked the customer care executive they are telling so many fulse reasons such as activation of halo tune, subscription of some other services, which I have never made a request to them.
It seems it is their strategy to grab people's hard earned money to theior pockets.

my mobile no.[protected].i have reliance cdma service last 6 years, but last 4 monthe . i have more rs in my mobile, but evrey month deduct 30/- in balane . i dos't any service subcribes, pls unsuscribe any subcrition in my mobile.pls reply as soon as possible

My reliance number is [protected] and I am really irritated with my prepaid connection because every month reliance automatically activate some subscription on my number and deduct Rs. 30 or any amount.

This is the fourth time that I am the victim of these subscriptions, I have never never never requested for any of the subscriptions but they continue deducting amount.

The customer care is pathetic, they have no answers for this and they speak poor. One center in Gurgaon has most ridiculous customer service agents.

Relaince cdma service — internet connection is very very slow

My Name is vikas patiyal from hamirpur(hp). I am using prepaid reliance net connect cdma 1X data card. But speed of my net is very slow. Now the speed was 12kbps to 18kbps. It is so slow to download a single file file of 12mb. its very slow and take long time to complete download.I have recharged three months unlimited plan of Rs 1499. But speed was slow. I want to increase my downloading speed.up to 40kbps to 80kbps. Any thing which increase my net speed. iam aso using netbooster software which preafred to my by rcom cusumer care exective but my internet connection is very slow.at present iam using it at vill .bojnagar po bohli dist. solan(hp). please sir help me

i am customer of reliance cdma mobile in the given place.
There is no network coverage given in proper way.
i have complained many times but there are not given proper response by customer care executive
If we have to say for stop the service they say you can.
Please take strict action to the service provider of the given place.
