Reliance CDMA — unusual deduction of balance without information | |||
hellow iam holding a number bearing ph [protected]. the problem it shows has the unusual deduction of balance abruptly without the information to me. and sudenly i used to get messages like my balance has reached a minimun level of 5 or 15 and please recharge it quickly.this is just not the 1st time..it has been the case since more than 10 to 12 times. i called the customer care number but soon they used to recover the problem but now the condition has been even more worse..when i tried to call customer care number selecting the lodging complain option, it says to wait for the same and soon the after some details it says regarding the recharge , then it even doesnt connect to the customer care hence gets disconnected. yesterday i recharged my account with 55 rs, bt now i more than 15 rs or 19 rs has been deducted for the same.. hell wid the services of reliance.. i am fed up of these things. Latest in this month, within 20days my Rs.61 have been cut unnesesarily. At my no a voice chat service have been activated itself for 20days and Rs20 have been cut, and when i talk to customer care, they say it is activated by you. they were not ready to pay back so now i told them to deactivate this service and not once but 4 times but service was not deactivated and i was told that it is deactivated. But after 20days my service was renewed nd Rs30 was charged.I complain for it but they were not ready to pay back. then again i told them to deactivate this service but still the service is not deactivated . also within the period of 20days a callertune service was activated itself nd Rs11 was charged unnecesarily. The most interesting thing in this whole process was that every customer care representative was providing me different information. I have many more such cases. Local are helpless at this time, they do whatever they want but i think its not customer cares fault but the owners and their staff..I want that my complain should be taken seriously and some strict measurement should be taken. (DONT BUY RELIANCE)

Reliance CDMA Service — additional deduction of balance
Sir, I am a customer reliance prepaid cdma services. I had complained about unnecessary deduction of my balance. The customer care executive asked me that the news services has been subscribed in your mobile. I requested him to unsubscribe this facility because this service was activated without my knowledge. The deduction of balance continued. I contacted him at regular intervals he also assured me that your news service has been deactivated and I will recieve a message about it. but not a time i received any message. and the deduction of balance is still continued. Dear Sir,I Amit Swaroop R/o, Gonda(Awas Vikas Colony Circular Road) Service Area- Gonda(U.P. East) is an exsisting customer of Reliance CDMA Mobile Phone Service with number: [protected] wants to draw your attention towards illilegally deduction of talk value from my mobile from last few months. And when i am trying to contact the customer care they are not responding. Also i had not activated any service given by them till now.
I have suffered from this mentally and physically for more than 8 times.
Please take some strict action towards them .

Reliance CDMA Service — Misleading customers
Hi AllI am here to complain about the recent ad posted in Time of india by Reliance CDMA service
the ad says " Unlimited calls to any phone on any network" Recharge once a month talk all you want ( bull ) I have taken the local pack RS 299/month and just after few days of calling it asked to recharge. Went to the store where i recharged and they informed me that it is Unlimited calling to any reliance phone but only 30min to any other network in a day. I really dont understand why do the company has to play such cheap trick to get some customers.

Reliance CDMA Service — wrong way money deduction
2-aug i activated msg offer but till date i didn't get any benefits. due to this reason i loss 85/- and for msg offer 39/- . i called 198 so many times but no response and no i didn't get any solution from that side plz solve my problemReliance — Deducting money from my mobile
SirI have complained about the dwduction of my money from my moble on 09.11.2011. after one day I got that money. yesterday again some money is deducted.Is this your policy to increase your business. i have many work. There is no time to check the balance everyday. I think it is my unfortunate to have reliance number. i am sure I will get this money but if you do this again i will use the mobile portability. my number is [protected].

Reliance CDMA Service — Unnecessarily deduction of money
My mobile No is [protected]..My money is Unnecssarily deducted from my mobile;
I ve lauched several complains at customer care but till now I vent got any proper solution.
They say that Ur money is deducted against use different packs activated in the mobile.
I ve done everything I can do to satisfy them but I failed.
I want that my complain should be taken seriously and something should be done about it;
Due to problem in their system Customers cant be blamed..
Please look forward to my complain.
