Reliance CDMA — Auto deduction for callertunes without subscription by user

I am a reliance cdma user, from last month i m surfering from auto diduction by fault service charges by Reliance CDMA, without any subscription they are deducting amount in the name of callertunes subscription. At the time of complaint they replied that its subscribe by user.

is this not matter that how was the amount deducted but its big that they are cheating their customers.

I am using 2 nos. & its happend with both nos.

Reliance CDMA Service — amount deduction

activating value added service without any permission and when sumit de activeting process , reguleary renewed of 20 of every month my last complain number is[protected] &[protected]
Sir,

For last 2 months amount is deducted without any intimation. I didn't accept any subscription on my mobile.

I got fedup with this. Please remove all the subscriptions & make me comfortable to use reliance mobile.

Hi,

I am a reliance CDMA user for more than 2 years. But, i am facing following severe problems for the last 1 month

1. The caller tunes are downloaded automatically without any subscription and deducting the amount in 30/- or 10/- continuously .
2. Not only i loss the amount, but also, when time came to make an important call the balance became nil.
3. I really hate caller tunes. To top it, it is automatically getting set to some stupid songs.

Its so annoying and at some point i have decided to not use this Reliance mobile at all.
But, this mobile number is part of my bank alerts and main point of contact in office work that i cannot change it immediately.

Is there any way that i can log the compliant and get funded back the amount it has deducted automatically without customer's involvement.

Reliance CDMA — deduction of amount without any service

Dear Sir,

Please save customers money from this mobile prepaid relaince service

1) Without any subscription to any caller tunes services amount is unnecessarily deducted from my account.
I have lodged lot of complaints to customer care on this issue, but still there is no resolution from relaince for this problem, i have not get any deducted amount back.

Please help to resolve this issue.

2) on 22/09/2011 i have recharged 31/- rupees , i got confimation from relaince as recharged and asked to pay 31 rupeess to retailer.
After couple of hours i tried to give outgoing call, system telling no balance in my a/c to call.
even i did'nt call single outgoing call how amount is deducted?
Again I lodged complaint against this problem. complaint no.[protected].
Customer care telling again you have subscribed to caller tune service even after activated DND(3rd point)

3) I have requested DND(do not disturb) activation on 29/08/2011 , request no. [protected].
still unneceseary calls and message i am reciveing. On 22/09/11 same problem repeated.



After activating DND service i should not recive any calls at least and my amount should not be deducted as per 3 point, but still amount is deducted as explained in 2nd point

Please save customers money from this kind of fraud services.
