[Resolved]  Reliance Communication - CDMA — Illegal deducted Money

Respected Sir,

My self Ajay Kumar my mobile no. My name [protected], Delhi. I was having balance of 25.15 rupees. but on 12th April,2011 suddenly my balance decreased to 0.15 rupees. when i asked about this to customer care on 13th April,2011, they are forcing me that i have attended a call from telemarketing or send a SMS to activated a SMS Combo pack on my mobile on 12th April,2011 at 10:13 P.M. but I received a SMS from reliance at 10:13 P.M. which contains "Dear Customer, Your Prepaid account balance us currently Rs. 0.15. Please recharge your account soon to enjoy uninterrupted service".

Sir, they have do this type of nonsense so many time and they don't back my deducted money, even they have deduct my money last month also. Mail Copy attached for your reference.

So you are requested to please help me what i can do against Reliance.

With reference to my reliance mobile No. [protected], Same problem I have faced again, This time I have received a call from [protected] they have said me that they will call from Reliance customer care and you will selected for a SMS combo pack, so r u interested in this pack, than i said no I am not interested in this pack and not any other pack.

But I got a msg from reliance from 10:13 P.M. your account balance 0.15 again reliance deduct my balance Rs. 25.00.

MSG Contains : "Dear Customer, Your Prepaid account balance us currently Rs. 0.15. Please recharge your account soon to enjoy uninterrupted service".

Yesterday's my total incoming calls between 15:00 to 23:00 :-

[protected] at 18:01 call duration : 00:00:04
[protected] at 21:32 call duration : 00:00:02

And also please note I will not send any SMS to any one, so can u please tell how I will activate this pack please explain.

Today I called to your customer care 198 talk with Ms. Nirmala, Floor Supervise, She told me that I will activate this pack I am just adking her how I will activate this pack some time she say through SMS and some time she say thorough phone call, how it is possible if i will not pick a call from any one but pack automatically pack activate on my number.

So, you are requested again to please check with your end and back my money and also please not I don't want to this type of nonsense deduction on my number.

Respected Sir,
Please see this all mails many time Reliance deducted my money without any service activate by me. Also please note they have deduct the money and afterthat they have said that you will activated the service and they will not refund the money back.
Please help me to file a complaint against Reliance.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to mobile no. [protected], please note I have Deactivated 1p SMS pack on 24.03.2011 also i got confirmation msg. from Reliance "Dear Customer As per SR No.[protected] Request for SMS pack deactivation has been sucessfully processed. Thanks 25.03.2011 at 08:05 PM".

But today i.e. 26.03.2011 06:10am I got one more msg. from reliance "Thankyou dear customer. Your1paisaSMS pack has been renewed at Rs. 26.00 for 30 days"

One more think this service I have activated at Rs. 11/- you are charged me per month Rs.11 for this SMS pack but this time you have been charged to me Rs.26.00 can you please explain me what is this. many time I had call to your customer support but every time his system in under updation so they have don't support on this.

Also please note Voice Chat is activated without my knowledge and you have been charged Rs. 20.00 for this service, regarding this service I had call to customer support then they have said that these charges will refund within 24 hrs. but till date I do not get my money also please note they have don't give me complaint no. regarding this. what is this.........

I am really not happy with your service and customer support officers.

Awaiting your prompt reply on this matter and refund back my money..
