Reliance Communication — SMS not delivering but balance reducing
Respected Solution Authority,I am a daily costumer of Reliance CDMA service. I have activated a per paisa sms plan of worth Rs.11 per month. But when I send sms, most of them may delay by 3-4 days and many of them not deliver. I send more than 200 sms per day.
But my balance still reduce. I reported a complaint to Costumer Care Representatives. They gave me 2 days time to solve my problem. But today is 6th day and I m still going on with the same problem.
My complaint no. given by Costumer Care Representatives was[protected].
I hope the CONSUMER COMPLAINT Authority will not to my complaint and they would sort out my problem.

reilance communication GSM — wrongly deduction of my money from balance
Dear sir,I have been charged Rs 11 wrongly from my balance since last three months. in january i have received message from the centre that my sms 1paise pack has been renewed even though i have not activated it i went to the center and asked for resolution but not resolved than i stopped the scheme from the centre. Again in februrary same problem occured i complained then they refunded me the money but again in march i have been wrongly charged and again i complaint and no resolution has been granted and inspite the representative acticvated the scheme and stopped than again i have been charged with rs11 he told that this rs will be refunded but i got no refund.
My total rs 33 has been wrongly charged and i have been in problem since 3 months because of this wrong deduction of my money. So please look in to the matter personally and resolve the issue soon. Inconvenience caused to you is regrected.

From two months they take unnessary charges of rs 15 without my permission i want to know for what purpose they deduct mony- i always dial *333 & 198 for it . but there is no proper response from customer care. so they give bad service
Wrong caller tune & missed call allert charges deduct in month of february 2011 .I have already complained. but my wrong way deducted bilence had no given. so please give me my bileance at my no. [protected] .

Reliance GSM Prepaid — wrong charges

The numbers are under the name of Shabina Pathan.
On July 16, number ending with 215 was charged for the 99 for mobile internet pack but the service was never activated. Later I recharged both the numbers with the mobile internet pack for 99 from Nerul Navi Mumbai Reliance store.( the numbers are there in their records). We received the message of confirmation on both the numbers. Later in the night, I called customer service on 198 and was informed that the mobile internet pack is not activated for both numbers.
So we have been charged for internet on both the numbers for the whole day inspite of get the mobile internet pack activated.
the total loss and refund liable is -
99 - extra mobile internet pack charge made on number ***215
60 - internet charge on ********576
50 - internet charge on ********215
Total - 209.00
Kindly inform abt the refund back to any one or both the numbers.
Also been having this problem of recharging for mobile internet pack for 9 every month as stores are unable to recharge for it for one or the other reason. also no body can provide accurate information about the mobile internet pack recharge way..
I have been using reliance for a long time and also have a netconnect plus account with you but I am getting frustrated with these small issues as I have been informed that the mobile internet pack has to be done from the reliance stores only.
When the mobile internet pack is over after 30 days, reliance sends a message stating that your request has been recorded and services will be activated soon..... but there was no request made.... there is a system fault for all these..
Keep me informed abt the refund

Reliance GSM Prepaid — wrong charges deducted by company
i undersignee anand panchal residing remote part of gujrat, amgaonroad, dhodiawad po:sanjan ta:umergam, dist:valsad using rel.service last 5years and also ex.coporate employee rcom now im running retail of prepaid &postpaid of rel.product having demo of gsm service no.[protected] which i made rcv of rs.110 on 6/8/09received 200min.in return .as my usual routine of feecall to rel.no i made many calls on rel.no including only 4to 5no. of other gsm in which i had used rarely 20min .my habit of chekingbal amnt. i found my free mintutes of 200min.wrongly deducted by yr.system so for i called 4times to c.c.*333 & *399 too 5times respectively.bt i regret to inform im quit disappointment of poor service by yr.c.care inspite geting solution both told me to call eachother.im mentally harresd a lot.so.pl.solve my issue as customer on early basis as my rel.call are get charged by yr.system.as a retailer i had also sold gsm card which also get rejected in no. specially 95 series inspite of free replacement of gsm card in umergam taluka distributor cant find blank gsm for rendering service nither support from yr.local representative of company R.mishra as they told us sendto customer at miniwebworld vapi for that. now tell us if all such headache has customer have to takewhyhe rel.gsm service for putting himself in trouble while here compitetor sold free l.t.v card for aqquiring new bussiness.also ppor network of gsm service nobody listening 4 that.so hope u higher authorty notice that and solve to my issue of me & customer whos new gsm card get rejected without using single rs.amnt.pl.note one of them[protected] taken a month ago card act sucessfully and run 2day regulary so i advised cust, to make frc of 201rs.to get 275t.t. benenfit bton next day card get reject withouht any reason.frm that day to till date no solution frm yr.system of manager to get solveor replace.for yr. kind info.thisnt only single cases thers huge lot of card rejected which cust. lost his rechare bal. .nobody care response or solve.how can we consider yr.firm as 1no. service provider?hope fast solution
