Reliance Communication GSM Service — automatic activation of masala jocks on my no [protected]

sir i have taken my no. [protected] & from last 3 month the gsm service provider have activated the service which i do not requested 'masala jocks' and continually it is autorenewed without my consent.for this service the compony deduct rs.30 per month.for deactivation the compony give the option to send sms to the copony ,but sms never delivered to the compony although if i am smsing on another private no. it delivered.
hense please take appropriate action against it.
