Reliance Communication Limited. — Landline instrument awaited from reliance

I had taken a combo connection from Reliance Communication Limited in AUgust 2007(landline phone and net connection). Even one month after activation of net services, the landline instrument for telephone connection (which was part of the offer) was not provided. I paid my oustanding for that month and informed them (thru email), that unless the instrument is delivered, all the subseuent payment will be kept on hold.

After this till date I have not recieved the insturment, insipte of my repeated email reminders to them. Contrary they started harrassing my family members, by repeated call ups. This went on for 4 months, with no positive response from their send.

Last week om 18th march, when I was out of town, I recieved a letter from their advocate, stating that, if I fail to respopnd to their letter and pay the oustanding amount of Rs. 1532.82 within 14 days, they will initiate legal proceedings.

Immediately on 24th March, I tried contacting their advocate. Finally, on 25th March somehow I managed to get her on phone. But since she was busy in other case she suggested me to drop a mail to her with details of issue. But till date there is no response from the advocate either.

I am in need of correct help and guidance, to take further course of action at the earliest. My only point is to get the services which I had opted for.
