[Resolved]  Reliance Communication Ltd. - - Broadband — Service Fault Rental Waiver for internet & telephone connection

I have send this mail to [protected]@Relianceada.com on 7th November 2009 mentioning all the facts regarding the service fault waiver but till date Reliance has not grant me any waiver on the same.

With referance to above subject i would like to inform you the following facts.

1. Request For Waiver of Rental for Telephone : I had recevied bill for the month of August 2009 for rs.717=91 due date for the same is 14th septmber 2009. i have paid this bill on the 13th septmber 2009 in cash to reliance gallary at dombivli (E). while taking this payment at your Reliance gallery your executive has wrongly mentioned the cusomer account number in cash reciept insted of writing the Billing account No. due to this the payment is not shown/ updated in my account within due date. due this reason reliance has disconnect my telephone line on 25th september 2009 to 26th September 2009 and levied me Rs..25 as the late fee charges. when i find my telephone line disconnected i called to reliance customer care for making enquiry why my telephone line is disconnect, the Reliance fellow told me that u have still not paid your bill therefore your line are diconnect, i have told them that i have already paid the same within the due date and i have reciept for the same payment. i have also talked with the junior level team leader for the same issue and give them to all the details of payment recepit no. name and add. of reliance gallery in which i have made the payment and told them to restart my connection as early as possible otherwise i will disconnect this connection. i have also get the waiver of Rs. 25 which u people levied for late payment in the bill of septmber 2009 in october bill.(the copy of oct'09 bill is enclosed). the all of this process is taken my lot of valuable time and become so much of hectick that due to mistake of your reliance dirty fellow (he also don't know how to talk with customer) i have waste my time in calling you people and attending your incoming calls for the same, visit to reliance gallery to resolve the issue.

I have already made request for waiver for this 2 days via SRN:[protected] dt: 30/11/09 but your fellow told that it is not the companies policy that to provide the waiver for 2 Days. so i asked you 1 question to you.

IS IT YOUR COMPANIES POLICY TO DISCONNECT THE LINE WHEN CUSTOMER REGULARY PAYING THE BILL ON TIME?

IF yes, DISCONNECT MY RELIANCE CONNECTION ON THE SPOT.

IF no,
so i once again REQUEST you to give me the Rental Waiver for the 2 Days i.e. 25th and 26th September 2009.


2. Request For Waiver of Rental for Internet Connection : I have taken a combo plan (Internet + Telephone connection) this connection is not working for the period of 1st october 2009 to 5th october 2009 i have made the complaint for the same via

SRN: 11271392 dt.: 1/10/09 for telephone

your system shows that this compliant is resolved on 3rd of october 2009 but actully this complaint is resolved only on 5th october 2009 when your relaince executive came to my home and resolved the problem.

I have made the following request for waiver for this fault period
SRN:[protected] dt:30/10/09 for telephone
SRN:[protected] dt: 30/10/09 for Internet.

In this regard the billing department has called me on 31/10/09 for telephone complaint and informed me that we have already given the waiver for the same period in your current i.e. oct 09 bill (Copy of bill is enclosed) i found this ok,
but for Internet waiver complaint has nobody called me till date i have than call to customer care for the same, the fellow told me that we have called you on 31st october 09 for internet but on 31st oct 09 i have recd. call for only telephone department.

I think that the neccesary co-ordination among the various department of reliance are not there because for the same problem the telephone department has given me the waiver before taking my request in my bill and the internet dept. is not giving after taking my request also.

So, i request you to give the waiver for the same..

The reliance executive told me that after sending this mail within 24 hours you should get the revert, so i m waiting for reply.

I have talked many times with the customer support centre for the same subject, i have also talked with the lower level team supervisor they all shown their disability to provide the waiver on the above subject.

i have also informed the billing department and the customer support centre that i will not pay my last due bill for month of october 2009 till the time u not provide the waiver.

So finally waiting for much time i have made service disconnect request on 22nd november 2009 srn[protected] after dicussing the issue lot on lower team supervisior Mr.Sachin on 22nd Nov. 09.

Please help me in this matter so i can pay my balance bill and resolved this issue for ever.
