No proper update on site for night pack (Rules and regulation).
I had recharged night pack value Rs. 69. on 02.08.2012. it was working. suddenly i had checked on 12.08.2012 that balance was deducting. i had raised complaint on (12.08.2012) customer care. Executive comment was due to technical error balance was deducted. you will get the balance in 48 hrs. also night pack will work. Again i had raised complaint on 13. 08.2012 that it is not working. Executive comment was- Due to technical error it will get solved within 48 hrs.
Message got on 14.08.2012 that complaint is processed. But still not working.
I had again recharge on 17.08.2012 night pack value (Rs. 69). that was also not working i had raised a complaint on customer care, informing him that i have taken STD pack(10.08.2012) also due to that is it not working? Executive comment was _ No, it is due to technical error will be solved within 48 hrs.
On 19.08.2012 still night pack was not working, i had make a call on customer care same day i got information that it is due to STD pack you have taken, but i told that there is no such update on site as well as on previous complaint but they have arrgued with me and told me we can't help you.
My concern is -with lack on information and wrong information given by customer care executive. i have lose Rs 140. without any specific reason. Please help me to get back my money. Was this information helpful? |
