My post paid number was suspended by the company without any prior information.When i asked customer care to reactivated the phone, they said you have to visit the web world. As there no web world in my city, I will have to travel 50 km for that. They are not even giving the reason for the suspension of my number. I have also asked for address change for the past 6 months and have submitted the documents twice regarding that. I have also complained regarding this to the customer care but no action taken again.
