[Resolved] Reliance Communication (Postpaid) — Call (Incoming & Outgoing) Barred | |||
My name is Rishabh Tiwari. I have a postpaid Number ([protected]) of Reliance. I had received a SMS (Message) from reliance (53738) on 10-Oct-2011 that "your account usage is high. Pls pay Rs. 1472.38 to enjoy outgoing services". after 10-20 Min they barred my all calls Facility- (Incoming & Outgoing). when i call on 198 to ask what are the reasons to barred my incoming & outgoing call, they told me that your credit limit is 1000/- and your unpaid amount is more than that. i received bill from reliance with incomplete information of my call logs that shown the last date of bill payment is 15-Oct-2011. If they need to barre my number then they need to intimate me at least 24 Hours before barring my call facility, and if it's in there rule book that calls are barred after sending message then barre my outgoing calls and after 24-48 hours they can barre also my Incoming Call facility if i am not responding. i always pay there bill before time (Last Date of Bill).
