Reliance Communications — 3G data pack benefit not given | |||
I am a prepaid Smart GSM customer and i had recharged my 3G data pack online on the 21st Sep by Rs 255/- and the benefit was was not given again after complaining that to the reliance center and the customer care nothing was done. On the 30th of Sep i visited the reliance store and complained the same and had recharged the same data pack of rs 255/- the problem still exists. i had complained this many times to the reliance center as well as the call center nothing has been done till date. and my one time reduce 30 rupes and next 50 rupes and when i called 1st time customer care he told for game. next time i called then he said for chargeable side are open in our mobile i have the net pact of 101 and each time i called to customer cate he told a new reason for deduction for the same
what is going on that
i have all call recording record which i communicate with customer cate
