My number is[protected] of Reliance GSM West Bengal Circle, in which I have recharged for Rs.123 on 24.08.13 in lieu of which I got only 500MB of 3G data instead of 1GB as per the tariff prescribed by Reliance GSM. I contacted to customer care in this regard on 25th of August. I was informed by some lady on other side that my 3G account will be credited with rest 500 MB data within 48 hours. As per said by the lady I waited for that 48 hours but no data was credited. I again contacted to the customer care on 28th August complaining about this. But this time the reply which I got from them was shocking. The gentleman over there told me that I should have complained about this until 27th and that I have missed the time limit for registering a complaint. As per them this is my fault and I will not get any further credit in my 3G account. Kindly help getting my proper 3G balance for my recharge. Thank you.
