[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Abrupt deactivation of SMS pack and giving wrong information.

This is highly shameful as it is the third time I am complaining in past a month.
Yesterday[protected], at 14:37 I received a message from 52811 saying that my SMS 1 paisa pack has been deactivated, whereas I haven’t demanded for any such deactivation. and auto renewal for this pack was one on 13th june.
Calling customer care has caused me more trouble.
On calling the second time that customer care executive said that my pack has not been deactivated on my number [protected].
Which turned out to be false information and on sending a message my balance was deducted.
Reaching a customer care executive takes a hell lot time and once reached the customer care executive told me that there is some technical mistake and I should call after some time.
I choose to give some time to it but in vain.
Today I received message saying that rs 26 has been credited to my account and SMS pack has been deactivated. Whereas not a single penny has been credited to my account.
Thereafter reaching customer care has become all the more difficult as after dialling 198 and then choosing options to talk to customer care executive disconnects the call.
I am highly disappointed and utterly fed up of this discomfort which reliance causes me again and again!

modern — wrong sms

Yesterday i got an sms from TA-congrats.The message says that you ([protected]) are chosen for $2500 cash prize, call+[protected] from claim it.but the number doesnot exists.

Dear Sir,

I have been receiving SMS from your Bank saying " AN AMOUNT OF 12384 IS OVERDUE IN YOUR LOAN A/C NO[protected]. PAY THE SAME + CHARGES URGENTLY AND AVOID LEGAL ACTION. CONTACT OUR BRANCH.

The above loan a/c is not mine. Kindly take care, so that I do not receive such messages in future.

in my realince prepaid cdma phone i cant get massages in night time. all night massages i get in late night or in morning time. so plzzzzzz check this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

Reliance India Mobile — REGARDING AUTO RENEWAL OF 1 PAISA/SMS PACK

I HAVE BEEN USING 1 PAISA/SMS PACK (RS. 19) SINCE LONG TIME. ACCORDING TO RIM POLICY, THE PACK SHOULD BE AUTO RENUE IF THERE IS SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN ACCOUNT. BUT MY SMS PACK HAS NOT BEEN AUTO RENUE SINCE LAST 4-5 MONTHS. EVERY TIME I HAVE TO COMPLAINT TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE. FOR LAST TWO MONTHS I AM ALSO COMPLAINING TO SUPERVISOR REGARDING THIS AND EVERY TIME THEY HAVE ASSURED ME THAT NEXT TIME I HAVE NOT BEEN FACING THIS PROBLEM. BUT THERE IS NO RESULT. I WANT TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM PERMANENTLY AND I ALSO WANT TO KNOW THE REASONS FOR THIS PROBLEM.

Reliance — deactivation of sms Rs 19 pack per month

i tried to deactivate sms 1p scheme on my Reliance CDMA number [protected] several times but Reliance continuously refuses to do so .Balance gets deducted automatically ....please help me

i talked to your customer service executive, who told me that the SMS1p pack has been deactivated.
i wish for activation of this pack but i do not wish to pay Rs26 again, as RS26 were deducted on 13th june and i haven't asked for any deactivation.
and since any deactivation demand wasn't done from my side on 20th june and i didn't talked to anyone on 20th june, i don't agree with paying extra rs26 for activation of sms1p.
this is the second time that i am writing complain for the same problem.
on 13th june RS26 was deducted from my account for auto renewal of SMS pack which gave me 1 paisa per SMS.
on 21 june, 2013 at 14:37 I received a message from 52811 saying that my SMS 1 paisa pack has been deactivated,
whereas I haven’t demanded for any such deactivation.
on calling 198 i was being told that my sms pack is still activated and i shouldn't worry about it.
till the date for each sms i send Re1 is deducted from my balance.
and on calling 198 again today aswell i was assured that sms pack is still activated.
on sending sms again rs2 were deducted from my balance.
and on further calling 198 i was told that due to technical fault i can't be helped.
please
either
refund my balance that is RS 26 plus extra rs 3 which was deducted because of wrong information given to me
and then i will be done from messaging once and for all because trusting a customer care executive is hard for me now.
and
please give me uninterrupted services because i can't afford to call 198 in every 10-15 days for one thing or other
