Reliance Communications — A/c balance deduction | |||
I am a regular Reliance GSM user since 2009. On 28th November my 20 Rs. Approx from main balance was been deducted without activating any service. However Reliance automatically activated some of their services to my number which I actually do requested any time. Further on contacting 2 times to customer care representative, they were unable to take my complain due to their own system/technical problem. I request to take speedy action to avoid such deductions of amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
