I am Sunil Kumar Bharti and am a custemer of reliance gsm mobile.my mobile no. is [protected].Two day ago on my mobile" You have been successfully subscribed to Love service for 3 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 2470 to 155223(Toll Free)Time: 10/6/2012 5:30:05 PM."comes this massege. after this massege comes second " Amount Charged for VAS Osiyan Sms Sub Rs:3.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:10.69 Time: 10/6/2012 5:30:05 PM.again after this massege"You have been successfully unsubscribe from Love service. Time: 10/6/2012 5:42:29 PM"
After those masseges i contact customer care on 10/7/2012 12:29:30 PM. then customer excutive answer me "JYADA COMPLAIN KAREGA AUOR PAISA KAT KE DIKHA DU ?
Afer this complain one by one four masseges comes on my mobile. those are following.
1.) Dear Customer your request for MBBP5 is successful, Enjoy 50MB of data, valid till midnight. Thank You

reliance G.S.M. — unwanted services

This is Dr. T. R. Ameta from Udaipur.
Reliance GSM service provider activate service of voice chat without any request and charge its cost every month, after asking customer care, the service was close after a long duration (approximately two month).
The DND service was also not activate yet.

In a single month they DEDUCT our balance two times by providing unwanted service by calling their consumer care to complain they didn't provide any explanation why the money is deducted? pls help! these ambani's,mittals become rich by looting common man like us, they worst than monster cause for them its no matter how hard earned money they looted.

I have compliant a lot of time to remove the unwanted services on my number - ( +91 [protected] ) but the services provider ( Reliance GSM ) is not taking action on my complaint . I need any services on my number at this time so please kindly help me to resolve this.

Reliance GSM — Activating unwanted services

My Reliance Number is [protected] and my SOME complaints numbers to are[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and nearly 6 Emails to Nodal and Appellate Authority for deactivating Games Club and Big Fatfree Store services which I never activated but Reliance is charging Rs 10/- per day

Even after so many complaints I am not gating solution only as above "Your concern has been noted and our team is working to resolve the issue" but from past one month they are unable to do any thing.

They are just passing time we can understand.

Now my first preference is for legal action then to post to other service provider
