[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Problem Regarding Your Service on mobile no [protected]

i just want to resolve my complaint and give me refund my balance that dedicate because your system problem ,i talk with your costumer Representative but they note my completion but i still i don't get any satisfaction from your side,i talk with your nodal officer his good name is Mr.Amar Gudhavani & Miss,Saina, locate at
Ahmadabad, but i can't get better replay from him also, and when i call at your call center to know about my stats they always give me ans. that our system is on update so we are not able to get your information, Miss saina gives me a number for Miss Heena & Mr.Chetan Nadani the hire authority but their is no and response when i call on those number no buddy pickup the phone or phone is engaged , so i can't able to talk then i call to nodal office Mr.Amar give's thish mail id

2nd thing is that my problem is that only in the month of jun 2010 i was recharge for your SMS pack worth rs.39 for 500 msg par day and it's renewal date is maybe 12thJuly 2010 and i get msg from your side on 16th july 2010 for renewal for the same and same time i was recharged for your 19rs/1paisa par sms pack ,when i got msg for unsubscribe for 39rs pack your system already dedicate my6.50rs for renewal then i send a msg for unsubscribe your system get back me that dear business partner your request is not able to proses so tray after some time them i talk with your c.c representative hi guide me for the same then i go but still that problem reaming then i talk with Mr.Chand who is a Sr.C.C executive,hi note my completion but 2nd day i got msg from your side your 19rs pack renewal date is 21st July , that way i call C.C.center the person who is seated there told me your 19rs pack is not show here , i again note for the same ,then for unsubscribe your system charge me three time ,then finally i got msg form your side on may mobile that is with ref to SR[protected]. SMS pack id deactivated and Rs.1 is deducted for the unsubscription of the SMS pack on dated 19.07.2010 time 02:27pm , okay then i visit at your web world witch is on sivranjni cross road ,Ahmadabad, Gujarat -380015 the person their seated tell me that here not displayed any SMS pack then i got the msg form your side that on mobile is thank you customer. your monthly SMS pack has been renewed at rs6.50 for 5 days. on dated 25.07.2010 time 03:20am then i got MSG Dear customer your 1 paisa SMS pack is due for renewal on 30-jul-2010 to avail full validity pls ensure sufficient balance in your account on dated 20.07.2010 time 08:01am

so i just want to know how to your system works i can't believe this no buddy has a knowledge for the what is my problem i send 18 mail but still seafaring from last 15days
i recharged for 19rs sms pack on date 15 or 16 July 2010 how to renewal date is 21.07.2010 and if how to my 2nd renewal date is 30.07.2010
and if your system deducted 6.50rs on 25.07.2010 for 5 day so way my pack is not show their on your system (that is your person told me no any pack is show here )
