Reliance Communications — MISLED BY SALES REP | |||
The sales rep approached my office and offered me a broadband - landline combo plan. Before going for it, I confirmed with him that the landline plan could be deactivated anytime without any problems as I was not gonna need the landline connection after a couple of months as I would be moving my office premises. Inspite of confirming with him he didn't disclose that I would have troubles disconnecting my landline. Now when I called the customer care to disconnect it, I was told that I can't do it without changing my plan. Changing the plan seems logical as I had chosen a combo plan but then my point is why wasn't I told this by the sales rep. Had he told me about the this trouble of changing new plan while disconnecting, I wouldn't have gone ahead with the activation. So I'm making a complaint against the sales rep who mislead me and didn't disclose the important information which would have affected my decision to go with Reliance Communications.
