Reliance Communications — Always activating some services automatically and charging for it | |||
I have prepaid GSM reliance card of Tamilnadu circle. I am always charged for some services, though i never activate those services. This is happening for me for the past 5 days continuously every day. When I called Customer care they gave a number 155223 to call and attend the IVR. This number says that my mobile number is not activated with any VAS services. but I always receive message that my money deduced for some VAS service. My balance badly got reduced because of this. On daily basis there are two services that is activated without my consent and Rs 13/- is reduced from my balance. Now i am not able to reach the customer care from my mobile after repeated call with them to revert my money for the past three days. Intentionally my number is blocked to reach the customer care. Why u r always activating some services like this by yourself and charging my money? Was this information helpful? | |||
