Dear sir/ Madam
This is Mr. Ansari and i have to inform you that i m the customer of reliance prepaid no-[protected]. This is my 2nd complaint to Reliance Mobile.
Every week my account balance cut automatically; and i ask customer care they don't give any type of answer and said to me i don't know anything. What can i do for this type of behavior, i think i block my no and use another service. I request u please give me the right judgment, close this company Please plz plzzz……. thanks

sir i am manoj rajpurohit my namber is [protected]. relince company is detect my balance 5 Rs monthly.so i call the costumar care i meet to mr.ahamad he told me i am use the gprs and than my balance detect .but i am not use the gprs .i have bsnl bordband so give me my balance .and your service is very bad so pls impuroved your service.
my balance cut the 08/07/2011.
