I m a regular reliance mobile customer since the year of 2007. I repeatedly send complaints to the different concerned departments. But my problems are not resolved till today. My main complaints are frequent signal break (network fluctuation), network busy, low coverage, nil network etc. By this mail I request you to inform me through written communication about my status of complaint within a very 15 days and also requesting you to resolve my grievance quickly..
