I have a pre-paid mobile connection with Reliance Mobile and I've never subscribed to any of their Value Added Services including missed call alert. But they've subscribed me to 'Missed Call Alert' service without noticing me and charging me for that. I want them to unsubscribe me from all VAS including 'MISSED CALL ALERT'.

i am filing complaint against unnecessary &unwanted
activation of value added service on prepaid connection without the permission or request from the consumer and deduction of activation and reactivation charges directly from account balance(Rs 30/-). this has been done previously as well, and no action has been taken against customer's complain...Iam suffering from this syndrome for last three month.My request no. is[protected].My mobile no. is [protected].
