Reliance Communications — Auto- Deduction of account balance | |||
I have reliance prepaid sim with contact number [protected]. I had account balance of Rs. 50 which was auto-deducted due to activation of VAS services.I have not activated those services however those were auto activated by service providers. Kindly see into the issue and ensure my balance money back into my account. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am trying to contact reliance customer care from last three days but every time i got a voice saying that ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY.
My balance is reducing on almost daily basis with uneven amounts. Even i checked through auto message system that no Value Added Services installed on my phone. Even though they are deducting balance from my account.

Refund the money and make sure this doesn't happens again in the future. In past also the same thing happened to me by reliance mobile.
