Reliance Communications — Automatic balance deduction and VAS charges
Dear Sir, I have not subscribed to any VAS packs on my Reliance GSM No. [protected] but my balance is continuously getting deducted by amount of Rs. 60 And Rs. 3 . I am receiving messages which says that "you have been charged for VAS Jumpgames" to which I am not subscribed. I have tried to contact your customer care service but they are not able to help me and asking me to send me a deactivation message with a USSD code which they are not providing me and I do not know what it is. Such kind of behavior is very unethical for a large corporation like Reliance. Kindly please look into this matter immediately and I would request the customer care department to contact me as soon as possible regarding the issue.I have recharge pack of Rs 599 which is for 4000min R to R but due to continuous deduction i am not being able to use. Also i recharged Rs 60 which after 2 hrs show i have 0 balance.Trying to address call center but no avail.Nobody is helping in this regard.I fail to understand where and whom to report. i have already incurred huge loss due to this. Kindly help me in this regard, Regards Dayanand Rahul Was this information helpful?
