[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bad Service of Distributor | |||
Respected Sir I am Syeed Tawsiff and my contact number is [protected]. I want to raise a compliant regarding your reliance distributor in our area as i want to be your new post paid customer and i gave him all necessary documents as well as money for security deposit and he told me that the sim will b activated with in two days but it is now 7th days, neither i gt any post paid sim from him nor he gave me any good response even he do not have manner how to talk with a customer. He ( distributor himself) told me that i do not have time to handle the customers and cut off the call. Now, I request you to take a strict action regarding him as soon as possible and please resolve my problem or give my documents and money back so that i can join any other service provider.
