My mobile number is +91-[protected](Reliance GSM). 60 Rs has been deducted from my balance without any service usage yesterday. Customer care toll free number is always busy and getting busy tone for hours. No one is responding properly when the call is connected to Customer care. I want the resolution ASAP.
