[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deduction and customercare | |||
I'm extremely irritated with reliance customer care service. They themselves activate this VAS plan on my number and when contacted them, they give the same irritating excuse that server is down, so my information couldn't be processed. Firstly, they pick up my call so late and keep me waiting each time I try to contact them. Many a times they don't forward my call to care and simply end my call by saying 'thanks for calling in customer care'. My number is [protected] and I checked out through their toll free no 198, it says there is no VAS service activated on my number but I got a message that my balance is deducted for VAS and again the balance is deducted I don't know for what. Whenever I recharge this number, they always deduct my balance for some or the other reason. Please make them stop. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello Reliance,
Instead of taking complaints from thousands people around India who is suffering from these VAS deductions, why don't to you tell your higher authorities about these complaints.
Why the hell on the earth you should take deduct money from the customers, it happened to me also several times, now here I'm shouting for on behalf off others, please understand, most of the people are don't even know, why and how they've been deducted, they don't know how to approach ccare.
