Reliance Communications — balance deductions

Hi this is my reliance gsm number [protected]. I'm using this number from very long back, nearly 6years. Balance getting deducted is a usuall thing in this. Its just disgusting. I lost so much of money because of some bloody packs getting activated by itself with any my proper involvment into that. Then i activated do not disturb pack. Its ok then. But now again my balance is getting deducted. And its showing a sms, your pick of day service pack is renewed. How it could be possible without any such involvement of mine. Recently Rs45 is deducted. Plz solve this problem. And i want you to refund my balance back to me
