[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance reduction | |||
I am reliance user([protected]) and from last 10 days they are regularly deducting balance(till now about rs100). On calling customer care they provide no reasons but send msg that problem is resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance Communication — balance reduced
m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM form 2years.my cell no is [protected].to day redused aprox 25 rs from my mobile balance without my knowledge, and i have not applied for any services.
i have tryng to cantact with customer care but they are always busy. so plese take action in this mater
I recharged my mobile with RS 50 on March 4, I got RS 43. I activate 1day internet plan for RS5 by sending message and i got conformation , My balance also reduced by rs5. then i start browsing after some time i seen my balance ZERO rupee. I called call center bt I didnt get any positive reply. My 38 RS has been reduced.

I have taken this sim from reliance shop. Initially I was paid an amount of rs.80 for sim and they told me to give 80 Rs talktime and pack 79 will be activate at this no.
But they didnt give any offer for.
They now told that this aim has some complaint and there no offer will provide at this no.
And
My account balance suddenly lost without reason.
I have already complained against that. But there is no reaction from the side of your customer care
This is the most network in India.
So plz no one promote this reliance

Reliance Communication — Balance Reduction.
I have Recharged my account with with 201 Topup and 98 tarriff.but all of a sudden my 100 rupees has been deducted..when i called they said that someone has recharged it with rs.49 tariif..when i told i have not recharged it they are not believing and they are not launching a complain ..please help ..who will going to compensate for this loss and as well as my psychological loss..
