Reliance Communications — Monthly Bill even after disconnection

In September 2009 i had taken the Reliance Communications' Data Card. My Relationship # [protected] in my wife's name Vandana Malaiya.

However, in Devember 2009 itself i had lost the data card and promptly informed them through their call center. I was told that it would be deactivated immediately and then disconnected.

But even after 9 months of this, i am receiving monthly bills from Reliance. I have called them their call center several times to bring this to their notice and everytime they would say that 'they would look into the matter.'
I have even gave it in writing, sent it by courier, emailed them but to no avail.

I request Reliance to disconnect the services once and for all in all their records so that i dont get harassed by their monthly bills.
