[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No BroadBand Signal | |||
Dear sir, I'm having a Reliance broadband postpaid connection, which i took 6 months back, and i pay my bills regularly. I stay in kadugodi in bangalore where reliance broadband signal is good and internet speed is gud for first few months. But since 1 month the speed is gradually decreasing and since 3 days i'm unable to broadband at all. I'm only able to connect to netspeed and the speed is like 0.5 kbps. But according to reliance document, max speed we can expect is 3.1 kbps and minimum speed is 256kps. I escalated the issue to customer care but didnt get a good response. They just gave some useless suggestions like uninstall and reinstall , but not taking the problem seriously. Reliance is serious about the bills if paid on time, but not thinking of customers at all.
