Reliance Mobile — ID and Address not updated
Dear SirI am having Reliance prepaid connection of my mobile no. [protected] for the last eight year. On the time of changing my hand set I came to know the connection is not in my name. I submitted my ID and Address proof to Reliance store in BTM layout opposite Udipi Garden restaurant in Bangalore. Than after some time I again changed my Hand set, where I came to know that my name is not updated, once again I submitted my ID and address proof. For last three months I am following with reliance communication for my ID and Address on mails, recently I submitted my ID and address proof I was told it will be done in 2 days time, nothing is happening, apart from this I have also others issued, which his minor compare to the ID and address proof. I am attaching few of the mails communicated with reliance customer for your information.
