[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Broadband internet services application accepted and not provided connection so far.Taken already taken money from my account

Hi,

I have applied for the reliance broadband and the connection confirmation was send to my email.Also Rs.500 cheque was taken from and that is encashed.But till date the connection is not given to me and the bill also is generated.Please help. The reliance authorities are not responding to me.
