Reliance Communications — Bill After Termination of Account | |||
I subscribed the internet 3G service of Reliance Communication in the month of September. After using this pathetic service for couple of months, I decided to switch over to some other internet provider. Accordingly, I raised a request for service termination on 21-Dec-12. However, I received a bill in January, which charged me from 22-Dec-12 to 19-Jan-13. When I enquired regarding this, I was told that since I used my internet till 19-Jan-13, I have been charged for the same. My point is that when I raised a request for termination, it is the onus of the service provider to terminate it within the stipulated date. Moreover, I never used this service in 2013 and hence I don't found any reason why should I pay this amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
