Reliance — Payment related
This is Chaitanya Lakshmi. I’ve raised a request regarding payment missing in database.I’ve paid 549/- 4times in the month of April. On 18th April(1-time with transaction ID -[protected]) and on 19th April(3-times).
The amount paid on 18th April is not updated in the payment history. For that I’ve raised SR No.[protected] and received a message saying that the amount has been updated and will reflect in next bill. But actually the amount is not yet updated in my payment history(checked it online in myservices website).
They are saying that payment is not received but i've transaction ID.
I've communicated with the customer care guys,webworld guys and even with AP Nodal Officer.But no use.The issue is not yet resolved.
