Dear Sir / Madam,
I had discontinued my Reliance Data Card connection vide CAF No.[protected] almost two months back after clearing all the dues informed by them for discontinuation, after which their call centre people call me many times asking reasons behind the discontinuation & if I can continue if they give me a better plan. But I clearly informed them that I am sticking to my stand of discontinuation to which they confirmed that we are closing the connection.
Now their customer care is asking me to pay another Rs. 409/ telling me that the complain was closed after 15 days & the bill for that period has been generated.
Is it my mistake if their customer care people have wasted 15 days in trying to convince me to continue the connection and failed to do that. I had already paid all the dues which they had informed at the time of discontinuation & have always maintained the stand of not using the connection again.
Kindly look into this please, they are harassing me for this outstanding which is not at all due to my mistake.
