[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bills sent after service being stopped & unused | |||
Hello, I would like to make an official complaint against Reliance Broadband services for Billing account number - [protected]. I used to pay bills on time and was quite satisfied with the services. However after a few months an executive from Reliance services had come to my building premises and cut off my broadband connection without my permission/information. Due to this the connection automatically went in suspended mode. However, I still continued to receive the bills. Inspite of my calls to reliance customer care & repeatedly telling them about my problem there was absolutely no resolution provided. After almost a year I recently received calls from th legal department of Reliance and was informed that I am liable to pay around 4000 Rupees otherwise they would issue a legal notice against my name. Inspite of me explaining them the entire situation I was threatned that if I do not pay this amount they would issue a legal notice & there would a court case against me. The connection was cut off by them for no fault of mine. As the account automatically went in suspended mode there was no usage by me. However, I am still made liable to pay dues related to this account for their fault. Please could you make a note of this complaint & take a suitable action for it.
