dear sir, i recharge my cell [protected] on 399 rcv dated 5-11-08 at 3:17 am. this voucher provide smart to smart free, but i hav any call of local smart phone then deduct .99/M. and today evening incoming call are also not availble on my cell. my total deduction amount approx Rs. 60. i kindly request to u plz solve my prob nd refund my deducted amount. i also complain on 58200 & [protected] nd my complain no. Reliance GSM — Bad intervention by customer care executive

I am a user of reliance GSM,
My balance has been deducted 2-3 times without any reason or without any service received from my side.

When I called at customer care for complaint, they did not respond me properly. They did not give me any solution, even they ended my call by saying that we do not have solution. I called them near about 5.55 pm dated 30th april, 2011.

I called again, but no solution again.
