YESTERDAY I HAVE CALL TO CUTOMER TO TAKE A CALLERTUNE CODE OF FILM KARZ SONG IS "HARI OM HARI OM" BUT THE CODE GIVEN ME IS NOT CORRECTED AND CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT READY TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT AND FINALLY HE DISCONNECTED THE LINE
EVEN THEN THEY HAVE ACTIVATED THE WRONG CALLER TUNE TO MY CELL NO [protected] THERE AFTER I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO CHECK IN THE MATTER & LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST, CALL WAS ATTENDED HE SAID HE CANNOT LODGED THE COMPLAINT AND YOU SUBSCRIBE NEW TUNE THAT I SIAD THAT GIVE ME MY MONEY AND THAN I WILL SUBSCRIBE NEW CALLERTUNE BECAUSE THE MISTAKE IS YOUR NOT MY.
I SAID CUSTOMER CARE IS TO HERE OUR COMPLAINT, BUT HE STUCK ON HIS WORD,
I ASKED HIM TO CONNECT MY CALL TO YOUR SUPERVISOR, HE SAID WE DO NOT HAVE SUPERVISOR INSTEAD WE HAVE TEAM LEADER, HOLD FOR A MINUTE I WILL CONSULT AND INFORM HIM ABOUT YOUR CONCERN
AS PER HIS TEAM LEADER ASKED HIM TO SAY THE SAME THING,

after 1 day there is some problen in mobile and this time i am in delhi.i have bill and all kit.
