The company had a scheme of giving 600 talk time for 500 top up. I went to the retailer and filled the same. The card gave me just 445 top up. The retailor says its the fault of the distributor and the company said that it cannot help me. I want to know what actions can be taken on the distributor because of his fault i have a loss of almost Rs. 150 which could get me another card. Was this information helpful? |
