i have opt for this post paid no on 24 october 2008 and on 26 of oct a person came for verification and all the formalities was done but after 2 days my my outgoing and incoming was blocked with reason that verification negative and after so many request they have not started my services i.e incoming and outgoing still they send me the first bill and when i call the customer care than they told me it was verification negative and from that point of time till today my phone no is in same position no outgoing and incoming and now they have sent me second bill
can please see into the matter what goes wrong

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am using reliance post paid mobile with no. [protected].
I am subscribed under unlimited 440 plan under which rim to rim all india calling is free.
Still I am being charged for it and my outgoing has been de activated.

I registered one complaint with Request ID 73795264 for the same on 11 aug 2008 .
I also registered complaint for the same through *333 service the docket no is 73716565 dated 10 aug 2008.

I have deposited the amount of 600 rs (11 aug 2008, 1:00 pm ) as advance still my outgoing has not been started.

I was charge false bills and when I asked for the detail no detail is provided.

Please look in to the matter asap.

Respected Sir,

I want to file a consumer complaint against reliance
mobile industries.

I am a post paid subscriber of reliance, my no is [protected].
I registered on 30th july 2008 for rim to rim unlimited free calling plan.
I get the plan acceptance message on 31 july. After that ideally any
call to rim sud not be charged but they are charging my all calls
irrespective of what network I am calling.

I have resorted to the customer care of reliance many times but no
help was provided.

I kept receiving messages from reliance bill department that my usage
are high and they cut my outgoing . every time they do this I had to
deposit the advance bill to restart my outgoing services. This has
happened too many times in last month.

The point to be noted is that the bill I deposited was fraud but to
start my outgoing I had no other option other than advance payment of
bill which I hope would be returned back once my problem of false bill
generation will be sorted out.
But nothing happen to my complaint and I paid unnecessary bills and
still I don't have out going in my mobile.
Please help out me sir I am writing below all the complaint ID and
request ID of reliance

I am using the mobile no.[protected] life card prepaid. I am using only for incoming. But ur charging automatically.Accout shows -12.59 how it is fair

RIM — false bills

my muber is [protected]. I have never subscribeed to additional services like...youth pack, crbt services, job search etc or any other services, and have subscribbed to DND. Hoever i regularly get messages about these services, and occasionally am informed that money is being deducted for these services from my balance. Couple of complaints to customer care has been left unheard. I wonder when these telcos will put a stop to these fraudulent practices of charging the customers.
