Reliance Communications — Regarding activation of SIM

Hi

I am Brigendra Gupta using Reliance GSM Sim from last 4 months.My number is [protected].I have got a message from customer care that your service has been disconect while talking with customer care they inform me that your doccuments cant be submit at Reliance office.If my doccuments are not submited there then how i got the service far from last 4 months?I hvae submit the form 3-4 times please activate my sim as early as possible.

I am bharat singh i purchased two sim no-[protected] and [protected] one month ago and i gave my id proof from kanpur armapur state kanpur submitted but till now it can not activate so lz activate it othervise it can not possible plz tell me my no is [protected]

Dear Sir/ Madam

I bought a reliance gsm sim ([protected]) on 30/06/09 which that Id membar name Jasvant Sing S/O Sri Hari singh, Vill- Moshana bad, Teh.- Atrauli, Dist. - Aligarh (UP) So, that is not properly activation.
So I want know that what to do for immediatly activation.
