[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Value added services billed without usage | |
Tel no. 32012458 I received my Reliance Landline bill (FWP) for[protected] to[protected] . I was shocked to find that they have charged Rs. 462/- towards value added services, which i have never used. On enquiring from their customer care they told me that I had called a number "51234" from my phone. However neither I nor any of my family members know or have used the services. The Customer care people have refused to accept my request for reversing of charges, and are insisting that I have used the services, I use the Landline only for voice and my calls are minimal. The usage pattern of my phone history would confirm that. Such type of wrong billing was also done in by earlier bills for the period[protected] to[protected], and upon frequent follow ups the charges were reversed. Was this information helpful? | |
